The process of bringing to court a claim against another person, seeking a remedy such as damages; an order to stop them doing something (or more rarely to compel them to do something); or a divorce.

Land and appurtenances, including anything of a permanent nature such as structures, trees, minerals, and the interest, benefits, and inherent rights thereof.
Corporate Real Estate:
A large part of our real estate practice involves the representation of corporations and industrial clients in connection with their various real estate needs in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, lease transactions, build-to-suit arrangements and the development and construction of facilities and other manufacturing facilities and plants. Transactions of this type often involve an in-depth working knowledge of the particular business as well as general real estate and development expertise.
Criminal Law:
That body of the law that deals with conduct considered so harmful to society as a whole that it is prohibited by statute, prosecuted and punished by the government.
Traffic Violations:
Any of various traffic violations committed while a vehicle is standing or in motion, as speeding, driving through a red light, or going the wrong direction on a one-way street.
